Can someone tell me how to get an RV infield spot for the 2009 Daytona 500?

Jay G asked:

I 've never camped in the area of the runway for any race, but I have 4 tickets to the Daytona 500 in 2009 and would like to park my rv and do an event during the week off. Can anyone explain how to book / the area of the runway rv for purchase?
