I live in NJ and received a DWI this past winter. She knew she could not drive so my car was parked, engine running (it was 10 degrees outside), and expected a ride home from the Officer, but yet I was arrested for DWI (he did his job, it was my fault, and another never happen time). I've been thinking about driving across the U.S. rv in the next year (after I get my license back). My question is: Can you be arrested for a DWI if you legally poisoned while in RV parks? What if you are on a site campsite / RV? I don 't plan to test this – I'm just interested in any info Thanks for your help.
